At MTech Systems, we strive to provide reliable onboarding, training, and technical support services for the Official WhatsApp Business API.
Due to the nature of digital services and the resources involved in onboarding and activation, all payments made for WhatsApp Business API subscription plans are strictly non-refundable.
1. No Refund After Activation
Once the WhatsApp Business API onboarding process has been initiated or the account has been activated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Third-Party Approval
WhatsApp Business API services are subject to approval and policies of Meta (WhatsApp). MTech Systems only assists with onboarding and support. Any delay, rejection, restriction, or limitation imposed by Meta does not qualify for a refund.
3. Service Usage
Once the client receives access to the panel, onboarding assistance, training, or any part of the service has been delivered, the payment will be considered fully utilized and non-refundable.
4. Subscription Validity
The subscription remains valid for the agreed period (for example, 1 year from activation date). Clients may choose not to continue the service, but no refund will be issued for the unused period.
5. Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of the service at any time. However, cancellation will only stop future usage of the service and will not entitle the client to any refund.
